Your Group Can Sponsor A Day At Our Donor Centers

Donor Days!

Have you ever wanted to be the featured "customer" at one of the businesses you frequent? Well, now's your chance to adopt a day at the Red Cross Donor Center in Portland or Bangor.

Simply gather five or more of your co-workers, friends, club members, neighbors, even people you vaguely know....and you'll have your own Donor Day!

Its your day. It’s the day you’re invited to help save the life of a neighbor, a friend or even a family member.

Your group, family, business or organization will be featured on our marquis and web site. Of course, you and your colleagues will be treated to lots of free snacks, beverages, fun, and donor incentives! Balloons… certainly.

You’ll discover how good it feels to help save a life by donating blood while having a relaxing time with friendly people.

Just look at the good you’ll do:

  • 1 pint of blood can help save up to 3 lives.
  • 4.5 million Americans are saved every year by blood transfusions.
  • 1 out of 10 hospital patients need blood.

    Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm
    Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
    First and Third Saturday of the month: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
