16-Year-Olds Can Donate Blood In Maine
Embark On A Lifetime Of Giving

Maine is one of many states in which 16-year-olds can donate blood with written parental consent. High school students and donors 18 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements. We invite young people to get involved in giving the Gift of Life and start on a lifetime of reaching out to patients in need.

Following is some important information which will encourage young people to become involved in helping to save lives through blood donation, including a parental consent form which can be downloaded and printed out.(Note: All files are PDF files)
