The American Red Cross depends upon committed volunteers who are willing to organize Red Cross blood drives at their school, at their place of business or in their community. As the need for blood continues to rise, more blood drives are needed to meet the need. Some existing sponsors have graciously agreed to increase the number of drives they conduct each year, but finding new sponsor groups is vital to providing an adequate blood supply for patients.
