Make It A Sweet Summer For Patients In Need
The American Red Cross and Friendly’s Ice Cream are making the summer a little sweeter for blood donors. Come in to donate blood at a Red Cross blood drive in July or August and receive a coupon for a free carton of ice cream, redeemable at participating Friendly’s restaurants.

The blood supply can dip to low levels during the summer months, so the Red Cross and Friendly’s encourage you to roll up your sleeve to ensure blood is always available. Please call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE to make an appointment to give the Gift of Life and receive a sweet reward courtesy of Friendly’s.

O, How We Need You!
Exeter Hospital conducts a special Type O Red Cross blood drive to raise awareness of the special need for O donors and increase O blood inventories. While all blood types are precious, Os can be in particular demand, especially as we enter the summer season.
