The American Red Cross Blood Services - New England Region is pleased to present THE ADVISOR, our guide to services offered by the New England Region and reference manual for medical, technical, emergency and procedural issues which arise in hospital blood banks throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Updates and revisions to The Advisor are made on a page by page basis and distributed to hospitals as changes occur.
