Where to Give Blood In Vermont

This winter's unusally severe weather has had an impact on virtually everyone in northern New England. One "behind the scenes" result is a shortfall of 1600 units of blood. Please help us make up this deficit so patients will have the blood they need. It is vitally important that this shortfall be turned around before the start of the summer season - traditionally a time of low blood supplies. Thank you!

Give A Slice Of Life - Get A Slice Of Pizza

The American Red Cross Blood Services has partnered with the Govenor's Highway Safety Program to get two very important messages out during the month of May - Give Blood and Buckle Up. Both actions can help to save lives - the first by doing something for others, the second by doing something for yourself. Please remember to wear your seat belt and make a point to give the Gift of Life - now, and throughout the busy summer season.

Burlington Donor Center Changes Hours
Beginning January 2, 2008, donors are now able to give blood at the Burlington Donor Center, located at 32 North Prospect Street, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Donors no longer have to remember a complicated schedule of hours and there are more options for anyone who wants to make an appointment to give blood. Donors should also see a significant improvement in the manner in which appointments are handled. We wanted to start the new year off right, providing more convenience to our fantastic blood donors, and we hope to see you soon!
