From Interstate 89 North or South:
Take Exit 14W to Burlington; go by the Sheraton Hotel on the right and through the first set of lights. At the second set of lights at the large intersection, veer to the right onto East Avenue and continue until the end of East Avenue – at the end (India House Restaurant will be on the right; University of Vermont – Trinity Campus will be in front of you), take a left at the light and get in the right lane. Go by Fletcher Allen Health Care on the left and its set of lights. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Mansfield Avenue. You will see the Red Cross on the left after the Planned Parenthood building. Go straight through the parking lot and turn left into the larger lot by the big brick building that is Red Cross Blood Services.

From Route 7 South:
Heading north to Burlington, Route 7 will change to Shelburne Road one you enter Burlington. Continue on Shelburne Road until you come to a rotary. Continue straight at the Rotary onto South Willard Street. Continue on S. Willard past Cliff Street, Main Street, College Street, and then take a right onto Pearl Street. At the next light on the top of the hill, take a left onto North Prospect Street (UVM Psychology Building will be on your left and the UVM green will be on the right diagonally from you). The Red Cross is the second driveway on the right – there is a big red cross in the front.

From Route 7 North:
Heading south to Burlington, Route 7 will go through the city of Winooski. Instead of following Route 7 into Burlington, get in the left lane as you head down the hill in Winooski. After crossing the bridge, continue straight up the hill which then curves to the right. You will go by a set of lights at the corner of East Avenue (India House Restaurant will be on your left and University of Vermont - Trinity College will be on your right); go through the next set of lights by Fletcher Allen Health Care – stay in the right lane. At the next light for Mansfield Avenue, take a right. You will see the Red Cross on the left after the Planned Parenthood building. Go straight through the parking lot and turn left into the larger lot by the big brick building that is Red Cross Blood Services.
